It all started with an itchy scalp.

Not exactly the beginning you’d expect from a haircare brand, is it?

Some of the best ideas begin with ordinary conversations. Ours began with an itchy scalp… and a lot of laughter.

We’ve been best friends since nursery school and neighbours for much of our childhood. For years, we’d always talked about building something together. Life took us in different directions, but the dream stayed with us.

Then one day, during one of our many conversations, we found ourselves laughing about something surprisingly familiar we’d both struggled with itchy scalps. Somewhere between the laughter came a simple question: 

“What if we actually created a solution?”

That question became the beginning of Royal Roots.

As we researched and learned more about hair care, we realised we weren’t alone. Many people were looking for products they could trust , products that support healthy hair from the roots while making everyday hair care feel intentional.

The name Royal Roots became a reminder that every crown deserves strong roots.

Long before there was a product, there was friendship. Long before there was a brand, there was trust. And long before there was Royal Roots, there were two friends who believed that one day they would build something meaningful together.

Today, Royal Roots is more than a haircare brand to us. It’s the fulfilment of a shared dream, built on years of friendship, purpose and a desire to create products that people genuinely love.
